1) If your Qualifying Purchase contains multiple products they may be sent in separate shipments. If you do not receive your Offer 7 business days after making your qualifying purchase, please contact us directly by messaging us in-app no later than 30 days after making your qualifying purchase and with a receipt displaying the split shipment. Upon verification of your Qualifying Purchase, we will ensure that you receive your Offer in your Ampli account.

2) If you are unable to accept payment from the Interac e-Transfer service then you will be unable to cash out your Ampli Cash. The minimum amount of Ampli Cash that you can cash out at any time is $15 and the maximum is $1,000.
